Well this has been quite a week. My week was already pretty busy since it was midterms, and I had tests in almost every class. I was already worn out on Tuesday, but when I got it I found out I could meet Ludacris. I was pretty excited although I've never really been a huge fan, I thought he would be really interesting to meet. The meeting was at best buy’s headquarters and there were about 40 people there. They played 2 of his new music videos and then introduced him. Ludacris actually did a lot of the talking which I was surprised about. His manager was there along with the vice president of Interscpoe records in New York. He talked about his new cd coming out, and we heard clips of just about every song that was on it. Again, like I said I’ve never been a huge fan, but I liked what I heard and it was cool having him explain each one. After the meeting everyone got to meet him and take a picture and get a signed photo. The meeting was a really nice break from the stress of midterms. I thought we were supposed to have a music meeting on Friday but since it’s a slow time of the year they didn’t have one. I worked on sales history for target and then organized a room full of promotional things for universal. This was definitely one of the more exciting weeks at universal and we will see if this next one can top it.
