I talked before about Wooddale Church expanding and adding a campus in Edina. he way it works is the pastor speaks live at one campus while a pre-recorded video of the sermon is played at the other campus. We have been having to add a lot of equipment to the main Eden Prairie campus to accommodate for all this. We have added a lot of new equipment like switchers, scalers, playback and record devices for both DVCAM and DVD, and much more. All those being tied into the system require a lot of new cabling. We ran all the cable a few weeks ago, just the wire with no ends on it so it was easier to run through conduit. This past week we had to put all the different connectors on all the ends of the cables. There is a lot of different video cables and audio cables.
Also we added about 10 new monitors video station for the person running the new and expensive video switcher. They are for viewing all the different video sources coming from different places.
There is a lot more work to be done here....
