I talked with two people in the industry who were:
1.) Doug Weaver... Manager of Racing Kites and works at Fearless Records
2.) Jay... He owns his own management company and also works at two venues in California.
I got a lot of good tips from both of them about how to improve my business and all that good stuff which was really awesome.
I am going to start signing bands up tomorrow. Hopefully I don't mess it up!
