On Wednesday it turned into project day real fast. With the new campus being added, all the wireless mics need to be configured the same for both campuses. This is becuase the pastor travels between campuses on Sundays to speak and uses that same wireless pack. So that was 8 wireless receivers and mics at each of the 3 FOH locations that needed to be changed. It got a little confusing for a while there. The new Edina campus has been open now for two Sundays, including this morning. It's been going pretty well so far. We then went over to the Edina Campus to get some things set up for the following weeks. Pretty much like TV/DVD carts for some rooms. I might have the opportunity to start running sound at the new campus which would be a large promotion from what i'm doing now so we'll see...
On Friday I came in for the morning to run sound for a funeral. It was only a podium mic and a soloist with piano so pretty easy to manage. That was about it for this week. More to come in following weeks...
